Hello, I'm Dannie

I plan the kind of
events I'd want
to attend.

Done by Dannie began with a simple belief—that a wedding day, a launch, a milestone celebration shouldn't feel like a project to manage. It should feel like a room you want to stay in.

I work closely with a small number of couples and companies each year so that every event gets the full weight of my attention. From the first conversation to the last guest out the door, I'm the one who keeps the moving parts moving and the feeling right.

If it matters, we'll handle it. If it's beautiful, we'll protect it. Either way—consider it done.

A note

“If it matters, we'll handle it. If it's beautiful, we'll protect it.”

Our approach

Calm hosts. Warm rooms.
Details that hold up close.

01

Presence over production

The best events don't feel produced—they feel hosted. We plan the structure so you can be fully present inside of it.

02

Vendors who feel like friends

We build rosters of people we trust personally, then we coordinate them so nothing falls through the cracks between the florist and the sound engineer.

03

A timeline you can feel

Timelines aren't spreadsheets—they're the pace of the day. We write them so the pauses land and the moments hit.

04

Nothing left to chance

Rain plans, dietary notes, where grandma sits, who cues the first dance. Done by Dannie means done.

What I offer

Four pillars.
One fully-handled event.

Every engagement is tailored, but these are the core services that make up the Done by Dannie practice.

How we work together

A considered path from
hello to the last dance.

  1. 01

    Inquiry

You send a note. I read every one myself and respond within two business days with next steps.

  2. 02

    Discovery call

A 45-minute conversation about what you're envisioning, who's involved, and what would make this feel like a success.

  3. 03

    Proposal & agreement

A tailored scope, investment, and timeline—yours to review before anything's signed.

  4. 04

    Design & build

We assemble the vendor team, lock the design direction, and begin the planning in earnest.

  5. 05

    Final month

Weekly calls, finalized run-of-show, confirmations, and a full walk-through of event day.

  6. 06

    Event day

I'm on-site from load-in to last guest—you're present, your people are cared for, it runs.

  7. 07

    After

Post-event close-out: vendor reconciliation, returns, and a gentle debrief when you're ready.

Investment

Three ways
to work together.

Frequently asked

A few things worth knowing.

For weddings, 9–14 months is ideal—though I've done beautifully with less. For corporate, 8–12 weeks is a comfortable runway.
