Production Planning
The architecture of the event—budget, venue, rentals, permits, flow.

A boutique event planning and consultation studio for weddings, milestones, and the corporate gatherings that actually feel human.
Hello, I'm Dannie
Done by Dannie began with a simple belief—that a wedding day, a launch, a milestone celebration shouldn't feel like a project to manage. It should feel like a room you want to stay in.
I work closely with a small number of couples and companies each year so that every event gets the full weight of my attention. From the first conversation to the last guest out the door, I'm the one who keeps the moving parts moving and the feeling right.
If it matters, we'll handle it. If it's beautiful, we'll protect it. Either way—consider it done.
Dannie

A note
“If it matters, we'll handle it. If it's beautiful, we'll protect it.”
Our approach
The best events don't feel produced—they feel hosted. We plan the structure so you can be fully present inside of it.
We build rosters of people we trust personally, then we coordinate them so nothing falls through the cracks between the florist and the sound engineer.
Timelines aren't spreadsheets—they're the pace of the day. We write them so the pauses land and the moments hit.
Rain plans, dietary notes, where grandma sits, who cues the first dance. Done by Dannie means done.
What I offer
Every engagement is tailored, but these are the core services that make up the Done by Dannie practice.

The architecture of the event—budget, venue, rentals, permits, flow.
A hand-picked roster, managed as one team with one point of contact.
A master run-of-show that every stakeholder trusts.
The felt sense of the event—how it welcomes, moves, and sends people home.
Quiet, calm command of the day itself—so you don't have to be.
How we work together
You send a note. I read every one myself and respond within two business days with next steps.
A 45-minute conversation about what you're envisioning, who's involved, and what would make this feel like a success.
A tailored scope, investment, and timeline—yours to review before anything's signed.
We assemble the vendor team, lock the design direction, and begin the planning in earnest.
Weekly calls, finalized run-of-show, confirmations, and a full walk-through of event day.
I'm on-site from load-in to last guest—you're present, your people are cared for, it runs.
Post-event close-out: vendor reconciliation, returns, and a gentle debrief when you're ready.
Investment
Every engagement is tailored; these tiers are the starting points. Investment scales with guest count, scope, and geography.
For the planner-in-chief who wants expert guidance.
For couples & teams who have a vision and need it landed.
For the event you want to hand over entirely.
Corporate and multi-day engagements scoped by proposal.
Frequently asked
For weddings, 9–14 months is ideal—though I've done beautifully with less. For corporate, 8–12 weeks is a comfortable runway.
Next steps
If anything here feels right, I'd love to hear about what you're planning. Send me a note—I read every inquiry myself.
